 IMPORTANT EVENT REQUIREMENTS: All participants, spectators, sponsors and volunteers must sign the Florida Agriculture & Horse Park Authority, Inc. Complete Release From Liability In Case of Injury or Loss, Waiver Indemnity Agreement before registering and entering the Florida Horse Park.
Please read the Florida Horse Park Rules and Regulations to help ensure a safe and enjoyable event day.
Horse trail riders must also sign the Celebration of Life Waiver and Liability Release Agreement.

Sponsor Booth Requirements

Sponsors planning to have a booth must submit all required information and proof of insurance no later than October 15, 2026. Sponsors will not be permitted to set up without prior receipt and approval of the required insurance.

  • Proof of insurance

  • Business or organization name

  • A description of the booth, display, or presentation

  • The number of people staffing the booth

Sponsors must provide their own 10-by-10-foot tent, tables, and chairs. Electricity is not available.
